Custom Cake Booking Policy
50% Non-Refundable Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and begin work on your custom cake. Your order is not considered booked until the retainer has been received.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Custom Pricing
Custom cake pricing is based on the design, size, servings, flavors, fillings, and level of detail requested. A final price will be provided after your custom cake consultation/request is reviewed.
Date Not Guaranteed Until Booked
Submitting a custom cake request does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. Your date is secured only after your retainer has been paid.
