How do I place an order?
Browse our Pound Cakes, Cheesecakes, Cupcakes, and Brownies & Bars collections and add your favorites straight to cart. For a bespoke design, use our Custom Cake Order Form to tell us your vision.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing custom cake requests as early as possible, especially around holidays and busy celebration seasons, to make sure we can accommodate your date and design.
Can I customize the flavor, design, or wording on my cake?
Absolutely. Our Custom Cake Order Form lets you share your preferred size, flavor, filling, icing, colors, theme, and any personalized wording, along with inspiration photos.
Shipping & Delivery
What days do you ship, and how long does it take?
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday, with 1–2 business days of processing before shipment so everything is fresh, packaged, and quality-checked. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Which products can be shipped?
Pound Cakes, Brownies, and Dessert Bars are currently available for shipping. Every order is packaged to support freshness and protect items in transit.
Is overnight shipping available?
Overnight shipping is not available at this time. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or another appropriate service.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and its contents, and we’ll review the issue and do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with any other secure payment options available at checkout.
Caring for Your Order
How should I store my cake or dessert?
Cheesecakes should be kept refrigerated. Pound cakes, brownies, and bars stay fresh at room temperature for a day or two, or in the refrigerator for longer enjoyment. For best flavor, let refrigerated items sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
